Refund Policy

Short version

  • Cancel 48 hours or more before the class: full refund or free reschedule.
  • Cancel inside 48 hours of the class: 50 percent refund or free reschedule to any future date.
  • No-show: no refund, but we will work with you to reschedule for a fee.

Why

Classes are small. When you reserve a seat, we hold it for you. Late cancellations leave the seat empty and other guards lose the chance to take that date.

If we cancel

In the rare case we have to cancel a class (weather, instructor emergency), you get a full refund or first dibs on the reschedule, your choice.

How to request

Call 631-250-6707 or email info@happyprotraining.com. Refunds go back to the original card through Acuity and typically settle in 5 to 10 business days.
