Who we are

Happy Pro - Security Training is a DCJS approved New York State security guard training school. Booking a class on this site reserves your seat in a scheduled class. See the course list for the format of each class.

Booking and payment

When you book a class, you agree to the course price as shown, the date and time you select, and the refund policy on /refund. Payment is processed securely by Acuity at the time you book. Your seat is held when payment clears.

What we deliver

The class you booked, at the date and time you reserved, taught by a DCJS-certified instructor, ending with a same-day certificate of completion when you complete the course successfully.

We do not guarantee employment. Training is a step toward New York State registration; the application and registration are handled by the Department of State, not by us.

Behavior in class

Show up on time, sober, with photo ID. We reserve the right to remove anyone whose behavior puts the class or instructor at risk. Removal forfeits the certificate.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version always lives on this page.
